Former Arkansas Tech pitcher and success athlete at The Pitcher's Mound joins our staff of elite instructors.Heather is a left-handed Lawrenceville, GA native, who attended all four years of high school at Central Gwinnett. Throughout her pitching career, she was a student of Lisa Kemme's, Lacey Ingram's, and Roanna Brazier's (Former pitching coach for the USA All-Star Team and former partner of Cheri Kempf, Owner of Club K and Former US National Team pitcher). She currently holds the 3rd Lowest ERA in the history of Central's softball program (set as a sophomore). At Central, Heather was a 4-year Varsity Letterman, Scholar Athlete, and Senior year Varsity Captain, while also maintaining an active part in her community as Student Government President, Leadership Team member, Peer Leader, Math Honors Society member, and member of Future Educators of America.  Heather kicked off her college career with a Full Athletic and Partial Academic Scholarship at NCAA Division II, Conference winning Arkansas Tech University, where she was named All-Conference for Newcomers in 2009. From Arkansas Tech, she then transferred to Chipola College in Florida, where she played under National Championship winning head coach, Coach Belinda Hendrix. At Chipola, Heather took part in a Region, Conference, and State winning season, helping them to acquire a 5th place finish in the NJCAA Nationals in 2010. Heather held the most saves for the 2010 season at Chipola.
