Welcome to The PitchThe Pitch is our TPM newsletter.  Through the Pitch, we will keep you informed of events at The Pitcher's Mound and around the fastpitch community.  We would like to thank all of our long time members for your continued support of our local fastpitch training school.  For those of you that are new to TPM, we want to welcome you and give you some information about who we are.We have begun using the tag line:GET PREPARED - BE RECRUITED - STAY CONNECTED This tag reflects what The Pitcher's Mound can offer you as a member using our extensive resources.GET PREPAREDYour readiness for competition is what our get prepared tag refers to.  Through our lessons, camps and showcase opportunities,  we help to prepare you for not only your seasons but your entry into college recruiting.  Members can find lesson and camp information on line and register or request a lesson taught by one of our elite instructors.   In an effort to advance our instructor's knowledge, TPM brings to our facility top fastpitch coaches throughout the country.  This ensures that we are providing you with the tools necessary to reach higher levels of play.  In January we will host one of the top hitting coaches in the country, Patrick Murphy, University of Alabama head coach.  For pitching and catching we will host the US National team's  pitcher/catcher coach, Ken Eriksen, University of South Florida head coach.  Our mission as TPM instructors is to prepare you for successes that surpass our own.BE RECRUITEDOur on line recruiting portal, College Placement Program is how the be recruited tag can work for you .  TPM has an overwhelming success rate of placing our students into colleges at all levels of play. Over the course of twenty years we have assisted in furthering the educations of close to eight hundred athletes by way of athletic scholarships.  Go to our college Wall of Fame and view our alumni.  Through our College Placement Program, members can create profiles, upload recruiting videos, game schedules, stats and other information pertinent to college coaches for recruiting.  Once a profile is created a member can e mail it  directly to any coach in the nation.  Results of how many and which coaches have viewed player profiles are easily accessible.  A valuable resource exists in the search options located within the program.  Members can find information about schools, their coaching staff, access NCAA rules & regulations, even locate where and when the next ACT / SAT tests can be taken.  For more detailed information see additional benefits.STAY CONNECTED Through The Pitch, our facebook and twitter pages  we will help you stay connected with local and national events that are taking place.If you have not become a member of The Pitcher's Mound, please join today.Click on the header to Subscribe to our newsletter
