TPM may update its privacy policy from time to time and use of the information we collect now is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time of use. Whenever we make a change, we will post the updated policy at this site. By using our website following the posting of a change in the privacy policy, you consent to the updated policy.

We at The Pitcher’s Mound understand how important your privacy is. Only our staff and registered college coaches will be allowed to view your personal information, pictures, and videos.

Payment Information

Each lesson can be paid for by cash, check (made payable to TPM), or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you are not able to make your scheduled lesson, please contact your instructor, or the front desk, at least 24 hours in advance.  If you do not cancel your lesson prior to 24 hours, the credit card listed below will be charged for your lesson.

Liability Waiver and Insurance Information

I authorize the staff of Under Armour Fastpitch Showcase Combines, The Pitcher’s Mound, the participating park and host team to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention.  I waive and release the directors and staff of the Under Armour Showcase Combines from any liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at the showcase or in transportation to a medical facility.  The athlete and her guardian assume all risk of property loss and or injury associated with the outlined showcase activities.  I allow my child to participate and have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would affect her participation in the showcase program as outlined in the flyer.
