What does a coach see when I send them an email? When you send a coach an email, that email will notify the coach that you would like them to view your profile page and/or skills video, uploaded pictures, etc. Upon recieving the email the coach is then able to view your full profile page and all of the information you have uploaded onto it directly from that email. Once a college coach has viewed your profile page it will show up on your profile hit tracker. The hit tracker will list which college coaches have viewed your profile page, the date that the page was viewed and how many times the page was viewed.
What is visible on my profile to coaches if I am a member? As a member, a coach is able to view all of the information located on your member profile page. It is the same view you see when logged in and includes your player information, plus any purchased skills videos (media packages) or videos you have uploaded on your own. Coaches can read and view any and all information you upload onto your page like your travel team info, current schedule, athletic & acamdemic accomplishments, coaches you've worked with, your uploaded images & videos, and more.
How does a coach find me in your system? When a coach is logged in, a "Player Search" link is available. On the search page, a coach is able to view the complete TPM player database and filter the results with selections like a player's first name, last name, graduation year, primary position, throws, bats, slap hitter, and state. From the search page, the coach can view a member's profile, photos, videos, and much more.
